Colour: Straw yellow
Nose: The light, elegant toasted hint soon gives way to floral aromas of acacia flowers, fruity notes of white peach and apricot, gaining power while in the glass
Palate: Intense, warm, lively acidity, medium-bodied. Long, thick finish.
Serving Suggestions: All round wine, great for first courses based
on eggs, livornese-style fish, white meat, aged cheese. Dare pairing it with bollito di carne (boiled meat).
