    Nose: Elegant, fresh. Hints of green mandarin, lemon skin. Green apple and almond are perfectly recognizable

    Palate: Fresh and lively. Balanced, dry, its fragrance develops from citrus to green fruit, harmonized and enhanced by its elegant bubbles

     

    Serving suggestions: Great for aperitif, its elegance and dryness allows pairing with fish, shellfish dishes. This wine has a lot of personality.
