Colour: Intense ruby red with garnet highlights
Nose: Vinous, intense. Complex, involves a whole palette of mature red fruit, cherries, well combined with tobacco and leather sensations
Palate: Pleasantly sapid, full bodied. It shows immediately its character: high acidity is prevalent, well balanced by its body and supported by the structure given by late harvest
Serving Suggestions: Red meat, game, dishes with high fat content. Dare pairing it with eel! Try it slightly chilled in summer season
